Family Session

What a great day for a family session. It was great to hear from an old friend and be able to catch up a little as we walked through the park.

I must admit that this was my first session with of a family of nine and I learned a lot from this experience about posing and lighting with a large group.

Although it was a bit warm the family, especially baby L, did amazing! Thank you Dalton for contacting me and I look forward to our next session.

Afternoon Tea with SJ!

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon. My wife plained an elegant afternoon to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday with some of the ladies in the family at the O’Henry Hotel in Greensboro, NC. Everyone dressed immaculately with beautiful dresses and hats.

The hotel lobby is where all the tea drinkers gathered, each group to their own special setting. Each guest was able to order their very own pitcher of tea. Each of the ladies also enjoyed scones with seasonal curd.

I must say it was an honor to be asked to photograph my granddaughter’s afternoon tea party. The indoor session of the festivities was a little difficult to photograph due to not being able to use a flash, but we made some beautiful memories. The photographs came out great and the family had a wonderful time together.
